  2. Cancellation: If you decide to cancel the services before the commencement of the project, you are eligible for a full refund. If the project has already started, a prorated refund may be issued based on the amount of work completed.

  3. Non-Delivery: If we fail to deliver the services within the agreed timeline without a valid reason, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

Non-Eligibility for Refunds
  1. Change of Mind: Refunds will not be issued for changes of mind or dissatisfaction with the service that is not related to the quality or delivery of the service.

  2. Third-Party Actions: We are not responsible for the actions or inactions of third parties, such as search engines or social media platforms, which may affect the results of our digital marketing services.

  3. Breach of Contract: No refunds will be issued if the client breaches the terms of the contract or fails to provide necessary information or cooperation for the project.

Refund Process
  1. Request: To initiate a refund request, please contact us at info@nikketech.in with your order details and the reason for the request.

  2. Evaluation: Our team will review your request and determine eligibility based on the criteria outlined in this policy. We may request additional information or documentation to support your request.

  3. Resolution: If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 14 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

For Training

We provide 100% peace of mind to all our participants. If the Participant is dissatisfied with our course delivery, he/she can claim a 100% money return after the first session. Our refund policy states:

  • The refund policy is only applicable to all types of instructor-led courses, and not applicable to self-learning programs.
  • In case the participant has taken an education loan from banking partners participant will have to bear the cancellation fee of respective companies.
  • Participants should share feedback immediately after the class.
  • Session 1 attendance is mandatory.
  • The participant should officially write an email to us at nikketechindia@gmail.com (Within 24 Hours)
  • If participants have downloaded previous session recordings, material, or any digital rights property of Nikke Tech from the LMS, no refund can be claimed.
  • Refunds will be processed to the main source through which we captured the online registration.
  • It takes up to 10 working days for banks to process the refund.
  • In any other case, we won’t be able to refund the fee.

Can I transfer my enrolment to a friend or a family member?

Yes, you can do that at no extra cost.

What if I missed the first class? Can I not claim a refund?

Attending session 1 is mandatory at Nikke Tech, we would not be able to refund without attendance for class 1.

Is there any catch about the refund policy?

No, at Nikke Tech we are very strong with our business ethics, our refund policy has no catch, no conditions other than the mentioned above.

What is my first lesson mean or what the first session means?

For example, if you’re registered for the batch starting on 31st March, lesson 1 means you must attend that 31st March class to be eligible for the refund. By any chance, if you have missed lesson 1 (or shifted your enrolment to other dates) and you’ve attended the next class after that, that session will be considered as the 2nd session. You can not claim a refund in that case.
